What is your return policy?
No cash back, exchange only! You have 14 days, from the day you have received your package to exchange your item for another item or a site credit that is good for 12 months!
If you do an exchange, please be sure that you return the item(s) the way you received them, tags must be attached and item(s) must appear to be unworn!
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. We ship via USPS whenever possible and we ship via Fed Ex for International Orders. Please note that when you place an order we may be in contact with you to verify shipping and billing information and that will cause delays in processing your order if you do not respond in a timely manner. Certain orders will be fulfilled from various distribution centers and it will be noted.
Ground Shipping

AIR SHIPPING
Orders arrive in 4-7 days via United States Postal Service.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders arrive in 2-3 days. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, rural routes and remote locations may arrive within 3 - 4 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders should be paid by PayPal to avoid holds placed on unverified international credit cards. If your payment information is unverified, we may ask for further documentation including card issuer contact information. We Ship to the following countries:

We ship International Air via United States Postal Service or Fed Ex and packages are expected to arrive 6-10 business days. We can only provide tracking numbers for USPS and FedEx, which may be linked to tracking numbers provided by your local post.
Ultimate Hair Company DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. If additional charges incur you are responsible for payment for your package to clear customs.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Ultimate Hair Company is closed for the Holidays and does not mail any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Express Shipping is not available from December 23- Jan 2.
UNAVAILABLE STOCK
Sometimes products are not available for immediate shipping. We will notify by email about the backorder status with an estimated ship date. At that time you may elect to wait for the product to ship or cancel your order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We at Ultimate Hair Company are very proud of our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at ultimatehairco@gmail.com and inform us of your issue. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy, we do allow for ONE product exchange within ten days of purchase or receipt on intact and unused hair still in the original packaging.

Send an email with the tracking information to ultimatehairco@gmail.com along with your desired product. We must approve the exchange prior to you sending the package and every exchange or return requires an RMA # which must be written on the outside of the package
You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges and the difference in the cost of the exchanged goods. All exchanges will be shipped standard rate once tracking information is confirmed.
